Renee Guilbault is a veteran food-industry leader with deep expertise in global, multi-unit food and beverage operations. As Chief Executive Officer Harry’s Famous Sauce and proud mom, Renee was inspired to create the kind of honest, high-quality food brand she wanted to see in her own kitchen and share with her family. Her vision is simple yet bold: creating a world well-fed.
Before founding The Open Food Company, Renee launched Essayer Food Consulting in 2016 and held leadership roles at Pret A Manger, Bon Appétit Management Company at Google, Compass Group, and Le Pain Quotidien. She is the author of A Taste of Opportunity, co-hosts AMC Networks’ In the Kitchen with Harry Hamlin.
